Clifton Park is a small town in upstate New York, about 20 miles from Albany. The town was founded in 1803 and named after the family that owned the land. The name came from a nearby mountain and the fact that the land was "cliff-like."
The town has grown steadily since its founding, but it still holds on to some of its original charm. It has many Victorian-style homes as well as modern neighborhoods with plenty of shops, restaurants and entertainment options. There are also several parks within the town limits for residents to enjoy.
The town is located near many lakes and mountains for outdoor recreation enthusiasts to enjoy year-round. Some of these include: Lake George, Lake Luzerne and Saratoga Lake. These bodies of water provide great opportunities for boating, fishing and swimming during warmer months; skiing or snowshoeing during colder weather months; hiking trails through beautiful forests throughout all seasons; hunting seasons available year-round; camping areas available year-round; horseback riding trails open only during warmer months (usually May through November).
There are several schools located within Clifton Park including elementary schools (pre-k through 5th grade), middle schools (6th through 8th grade) and several high schools.
The award-winning floral designers at Frank Gallo Florist are some of the best in the state. These floral artisans create luxurious, upscale floral bouquets. Our firm is one of the premier floral design firms in the area. We utilize the finest, freshest flowers in our bouquets. Some of the most popular are listed below:
Long Stem Roses - Long stem roses are a type of rose that has a longer stem than the typical rose. The length generally varies between 12 and 24 inches, but the exact length can vary by brand. Long stem roses are available in a variety of colors, including red, pink and white. They are often used for special occasions like birthdays or anniversaries, as well as for weddings.
Holland Tulips - are a type of tulip that was originally cultivated in the Netherlands. They are generally larger than most other types of tulips and have a long, elegant shape. They tend to be more expensive than other varieties, but their beauty and rarity have made them a symbol of wealth and status in many cultures across the world.
Holland tulips are available in different colors, ranging from white to pink to red, yellow, orange and purple. The most common color is red or orange with white tips on the petals. The stems of holland tulips are usually short and sturdy, which makes them great for indoor or outdoor planting and display. They can also be planted in large containers as long as they have plenty of space to grow outwards so they don't get rootbound or crowded out by other plants around them.
